All the customers of Refurb Club are subject to the below-mentioned terms and conditions. Accessing and using refurbclub.com website constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions.  In these terms and conditions, the word ‘You’ shall mean any legal person who has keen interest to become a member of Refurbclub by providing data while signing up as a registered user of this website.

Minimum Order Quantity:

As per our policy, we only accept bulk orders. We do not accept orders with a single piece or fewer numbers. The minimum order quantity may change from product to product. We will mention the minimum order quantity on the product page. A bulk order can be placed from any location, and we will deliver to the products to any location.

Return Policy:

Refurbclub.com does not accept returns on bulk orders, until and unless if you receive defective or damaged products. As we offer huge discounts on bulk orders, we do not offer returns. All the products are securely packed in a carton box with multiple layers of packing before leaving the store. Returns will not be accepted if you change your mind after the dispatch.

Refurbclub's Warranty Policy:

We do not offer any warranty on the products that we sell through via refurbclub.com. Our experts fully test each and every product that we provide, and only quality tested items will be shipped to you with the utmost care.

Order Process:

Customers can place the order directly through our website. We also accept orders via live chat, email or phone call. Your order will be processed further if and only if it is accepted and confirmed by reseller club. The order remains accepted unless and until Refurbclub informs you about the cancellation or if you cancel the order from your end.

Product Delivery:

Refurbclub delivers the products to the shipping address that you give us while placing the order. Before dispatching the products, we will contact you to take confirmation about the shipping address along with the pin code. You can place your order from any corner of the world. If you want to pick up the products from our store, you can collect the products at any time after getting the confirmation regarding the pickup from us.

Order Cancellations & Refund:

We deliver the products carefully in a secure package and ensure that the products reach your address promptly without any delay. In case if we are not able to deliver the products due to unavailability of stock, we may cancel the order or may ask you to give some more time. No matter what the reason is, we will not initiate the refund if you change your mind after making the payment. For any unexpected reason, if refurb club cancels the order, then the amount will be directly refunded to the account from where the payment is being made.

Pricing:

Refurbclub always strives to offer products to the customers at the lowest possible prices. Prices for all the products are clearly mentioned on our website. Server Basket has the right to increase or decreases the prices of the products at any time due to increase in the costs or for any other reason. The prices that are mentioned on our website are final, and we will not encourage negotiations under any circumstances.

Payments:

You shall make payments for all the bulk orders through any one of the payment modes that we have provided on the website. We accept various methods of payment, including online transfers, NEFT payments, Paypal, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Paytm etc.  You can choose COD option if you would like to remit the payment at the time of delivery, but or delivery partner will hand over the products only after receiving the cash from you.
